These terms and conditions apply to the customers who purchase products from our website. Our shipping policy constitutes of the following:

Processing Time

All the products purchased by our customers will be shipped to the customers provided address within 2-4 business days. Most products will be delivered between 7 days. Orders will not be delivered during national and public holidays. We request all our customers to be patient during emergencies. In case of regular delays, we will get in touch with you immediately and ship as soon as possible.

Rates

There will be no additional shipping charges for purchases above $49. Any order placed below the aforementioned amount will be subject to a rate determined at the time of check out. At Rancho Scorpio, we reserve the right to amend the rates without prior notice to the customers.

Shipping Confirmation

Our customers will receive a shipment confirmation email soon after the order is ready for delivery. They can track the product with the help of a tracking ID. 

Change of Shipping Address

Any changes in an address on the customer’s end, especially after order confirmation will be subject to certain charges and delays.

Shipping Sources

If your order is eligible for free shipping, it will be shipped via third-party services. It will usually be received within 2-8 business working days after the order is under process. Please note that all these shipping requirements are subject to changes in case of emergencies such as a pandemic.

Order Cancellation and RefundOrders cannot be canceled or changed. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact kathryn@ranchoscorpio.com and we will make it right.
